Is it possible to equate strategic thinking with strategic planning? What is top-level motivation and why is it so hard to stick to long-term goals and intentions? How do the phenomena of time discounting and precarity affect strategic thinking? Is it possible to develop strategy and is it necessary to do so?


SPIBA invites you to the master class "Strategic Thinking: What Is It and Why Is It So Difficult to Think Strategically?", during which you:

  • You will learn how to define strategic thinking in terms of modern approaches,
  • Formulate the components of strategic thinking,
  • Get some ideas, techniques for developing your strategy for the work and personal context,
  • You will practice the "10-10-10 methodology" and "3 ways to form a strategic intention."


The event will be useful for heads of departments, managers, specialists and anyone who wants to learn strategic planning.
