SPIBA invites you to take part in a joint event by the HR Committee and the Marketing and Communications Committee — "AI for HR: From Role Transformation to Practical Use Cases."
Artificial intelligence is changing not only the tools HR uses, but the very role of the HR function within organizations — from an executor of HR processes to a strategic partner shaping how a company adapts to technological change. At the event, we'll explore how HR leaders can build this new role: what competencies and authority HR needs in the age of AI transformation, what factors influence managing AI transformation and employee sentiment, and how HR can become a driver of digital change within a business.
In the second session, we'll discuss real-world cases of applying generative AI and AI agents in companies' HR processes. Participants will learn how AI is changing recruitment, onboarding, training, analytics, and employee retention. The programme is designed to give the audience both the management perspective and working technological solutions applicable within their own organizations.
