The SPIBA Real Estate and Construction Committee invites you to participate in the event "Real Estate Market Results for 2025"

The focus will be on investment activity in St. Petersburg: which real estate segments attracted the largest volumes of investment, how the investment structure has changed, which industries and companies were most active, and what strategies developers have chosen. A separate section will be devoted to the office market, covering the year's results and forecasts for 2026, as well as an analysis of the top 10 legislative changes in real estate for 2025. We will conclude the meeting with a look ahead and a forecast of key trends for 2026.
