In the context of a growing shortage of personnel in the Russian labor market, many companies are looking for alternative ways of attracting personnel to cover the need for qualified specialists. Companies are starting to use or expand the practice of working with outsourcers, attract temporary employees, freelancers, and work with platforms for part-time work.
