Will discuss significant regulatory changes in the IT sector in 2025 and the first practical outcomes of the new regulation. Among the issues we will discuss are:

1) Critical information infrastructure security (CII). Who is subject to the requirements; step-by-step compliance procedure; features, pitfalls and issues that arise when implementing CII requirements;

2) Taxes for IT. The worst forecast for the IT industry did not materialize, in 2026 the main types of tax benefits are retained, but their volume is decreasing, and the attention and pressure of the tax authorities is increasing, which is reflected in the pressure from the side of the tax authorities;

3) New registries for domestic software. How do the trusted software and software for their own needs relate to the software in the Common Registry of ECM, what means a new requirement for compatibility of the software with trusted operating systems, whether programs from the Common Registry will lose advantages in government procurement, the first practical results of the new regulation.
