Event Details

According to a study​ by the consulting company McKinsey, 55% of companies worldwide actively use AI in 2024. The rapid integration of generative technologies opens new horizons for improving the efficiency of various business sectors, one of which is human resource management.


SPIBA invites you to participate in a joint event of the Human Resources Committee and the Marketing and Communications Committee on the topic: "Artificial Intelligence in HR".


During the event, we will:

  • Discuss the possibilities of applying AI in HR,
  • Explore the transformation of professions under the influence of generative neural networks,
  • Review real examples of successful AI usage in recruitment, training, and employee development.


This event will be useful for HR specialists, department heads, IT recruiters, programmers, and anyone interested in the application of AI in business.
