Advertising and Data Privacy Considerations in Event Organization

Recently, events have become a popular and effective tool for companies in attracting new clients. An integral part of any interaction with people is compliance with legislation regarding the handling of personal data, which, as we all know, is constantly changing and becoming more stringent.

The Marketing and Communications Committee, together with the Legal Committee of SPIBA, invites you to participate in the roundtable discussion "Advertising and Personal Data in Event Organization", where specialists will help you understand how to apply the Personal Data Protection Act in connection with event organization and what measures need to be taken to protect personal data.

At the roundtable, experts will address the following questions:

• Intellectual property practice,
• Application of the Personal Data Protection Act - conditions for processing personal data in advertising and dissemination of personal data at events and in connection with events,
• Automatic mailings during event organization.
