• The company needs to launch a business process that will collect personal data through a Telegram bot, which will then be processed by various types of neural networks.
• Due to the tightening of requirements for the localization of personal data of Russian citizens effective July 1, 2025, and the specifics of personal data processing in various neural networks, depending on their organizational, technical, and legal characteristics, there are significant doubts about the feasibility of this scenario.
• During the session, we will consider the arguments for and against such a solution and propose an approach based on an assessment of the legal risks.
