The HR Committee of SPBA invites you to participate in the discussion "HR Strategy or Business Strategy. What is primary in 2024?"


Together with experts, we will explore 7 key trends in the labor market for the next 5 years and address the following questions:

  • Do labor market challenges determine your business strategy?
  • If so, then how to adapt HR strategy to current market trends?
  • When creating a future-oriented HR strategy, what should be given special attention?
  • What modern tools can be used for employee retention, productivity enhancement, and talent attraction?
  • What do HR directors think about these tools? What should be prioritized?
