The Innovations and Intellectual Systems Committee of SPIBA invites you to the event "Legal Tech: Real-World Examples of Legal Function Automation".


At the event, experts will discuss the following topics:


1. Legal Operating System: Automation of the Legal Function

  • Opportunities for comprehensive automation of the legal department's work: system structure, logic, and real-world case studies.


2. Automation of Privacy Functions

  • Automation of compliance with personal data requirements: business and specialist expectations, along with an overview of existing market solutions.


3. Beneficiary Search of Legal Entities Using Network Science

  • Presentation of a solution based on a patented algorithm that allows for the fast and accurate identification and verification of beneficial owners. This solution can be useful for banks in forming client dossiers, taxpayers in transfer pricing, and all market participants in vetting counterparties.


The event will be useful for heads of legal departments, lawyers, data protection specialists, financial analysts, banks, tax consultants, IT professionals, and anyone interested in innovations in the legal field.
