Shandong Port Group

Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd. is the largest holding corporation of ports of Shandong Province, which is an important state–owned enterprise in China. The corporation was founded on August 6, 2019, and its head office is located in Qingdao City.


The holding includes four port groups of companies: Qingdao Port Corporation, Zhizhao Port Corporation, Yantai Port Corporation and Bohai Bay Port Corporation, as well as 12 companies whose activities are related to logistics, investment and trade, shipping, operation and construction of ports and harbors, cargo transportation and cruise tourism.
