SPBA invites you to participate in the round table "Women in Charge: Solutions and Approaches in Management" within the framework of the 8th St. Petersburg International Labor Forum.
According to the research data, the Women's Business Index (WBI) reached 74% by the end of 2023. The indicators are growing every year, and in 2023, the index reached its highest point since the start of the research in 2015.
The discussion about women's leadership used to be a fashionable trend; however, today, leadership is no longer divided into "male" and "female." Indeed, if we carefully examine the definition of leadership, we won't find anything "male" or "female" in it, and the criteria for success are not gender related. On the other hand, managerial approaches, strategies, and tools used by women leaders may differ from those traditionally attributed to men in business.
Together with the panelists of the round table, we will discuss the approaches they use in their work and why, how they build communication in the company, the criteria they follow when hiring staff, as well as how to build a career path, assess success, and maintain a balance between work and personal life.
