SPIBA invites you to take part in the round table "Artificial Intelligence in HR".
Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing the HR landscape: automated recruitment, personalized training, data analysis for employee assessment - this is no longer the future, but a reality. According to the study by Yakov & Partners, by the summer of 2024, 54% of Russian companies have implemented solutions based on generative AI, and its influence on the field of HR management is only growing.
As part of the session, leading experts will talk about the place of AI in HR processes of the employee life cycle, the practical application of AI tools, and successful cases of the largest companies.
