Head of Specialized Labor Market Research Practice at Antal TalentSvetlana Orel graduated from St. Petersburg State University and has over 17 years of experience in HR consulting.
Svetlana has extensive experience in recruitment, and for the past five years, she has led the specialized labor market research practice at the British recruiting firm Antal Talent. Svetlana regularly presents the results of various Antal studies related to changes in the Russian labor market.

She has 14 years of HR experience in manufacturing and engineering companies. She specializes in building HR functions from scratch, developing corporate culture, motivation systems, talent management, and internal communications.
She has worked for international and Russian companies (Nokian Tyres, Schneider Electric, Sever Minerals, Mining Element). She holds the international CIPD certification and is certified in the Hogan methodology.
She is pursuing ICF PCC professional accreditation: in 2024, she completed training in systemic coaching for organizations, and in 2025, the "Team Coaching in Organizations" program according to ICF standards.
