Event Details
SPIBA Legal Committee invites you to participate in the round table "Shopping Center circus: brands have left, but rent remains."
In 2022, lease relations in shopping centers and street retail have undergone significant changes, first of all because many foreign brands have left, including anchor tenants, and to add, numerous tenants who used to be foreign are now domestic. At this event, we will present an overview of the key events, new laws and judicial cases in this area in the last year and will discuss the problems that arise and the risks and possible ways to resolve them both for tenants and landlords.
