Maris and Crystal Palace invite you to a business breakfast event organized with the support of the SPIBA Real Estate Committee.

St. Petersburg is a city with an extraordinary architectural heritage. Today, many historic buildings are rediscovered as office spaces and business centers. We invite developers, architects, investors, and real estate market experts to discuss how to strike the right balance between preserving cultural heritage and embracing modern technologies. At the breakfast, we will explore how contemporary developers approach the reconstruction of office properties in St. Petersburg - and where that balance between heritage and innovation lies.

Topics for discussion:

  • How is the office market in St. Petersburg evolving, and how is the traditional concept of an office changing?
  • What enables developers to combine modern business standards with the preservation of cultural heritage?
  • Office solutions shaped by the unique characteristics of existing buildings
  • Developer case studies on creating office spaces in the historic city center

Moderator:

Nelly Aleinikova, Partner, Director of Corporate Services and Sales, Maris

Speakers:

  1. Nelly Aleinikova, Partner, Director of Corporate Services and Sales, Maris
  2. Julia Medvedeva, Head of LV Corporate Group
  3. Anton Hramtsov, Project Manager, RBI, topic "The historical identity of the location: its role in the construction and reconstruction of office and residential real estate. RBI cases"
  4. Anton Frolov, Commercial Director, RES PROJECT

Following the business programme, guests will be treated to a guided tour of the Crystal Palace property - a unique opportunity to experience this remarkable project in person.

* Crystal Palace has a rich history closely tied to the Silver Age of Russian culture. The building once served as a gathering place for prominent poets and the creative intellectuals of the era, and was home to Russia's first sound cinema. During the reconstruction of the business center, original film reels, tickets, posters, and XIX century building materials were discovered - all now part of the building's on-site museum.
