How is the commercial real estate market doing in 2023, what challenges has it faced since the beginning of the year, how did it survive and what new things did it learn? On June 7th, leading experts from the commercial real estate market will gather to have a chat over a cup of tea about the first half of 2023. We will analyze the situation that has developed in the office, retail, co-working and apartment segments and try to identify future trends for the next 6 months.

At the end of the event, guests will have an excursion to the Imperial Jewelry Factory "Russkiye samotsvety"- one of the oldest jewelry enterprises in Russia, which has existed for more than 100 years. During the tour you will learn about the technology of making jewelry from creating 3D models to decorative finishing.
