Strategic Session: How to Manage Successful Planning

Why do owners need to hold strategic sessions? The process of holding strategic sessions basically includes following steps: firstly, the team of top managers and the owner defines main goals for 1/3/5/10 years; then the team of CEO-1 thinks through specific actions to achieve such goals; after that company's goals are being cascaded to the level of different departments; as a result, the team's focus shifts from operational activities directly to the strategic goals of the company.
