We invite you to a meeting of the SPIBA Legal Committee on the implementation of Presidential Decree No. 604 "On Measures to Ensure the Security of Critical Infrastructure Facilities of the Russian Federation".
Decree No. 604 provides for the possible introduction of temporary management of a company's assets if strategically important facilities are inadequately protected, particularly in the event of a threatened or actual attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), or if the operation of strategic facilities is not restored in a timely manner.
During the event, experts will discuss the practical aspects of applying the measures set out in the Decree and share recommendations on minimizing the associated legal and property risks. Particular attention will be paid to current practices in insuring critical infrastructure facilities against the risks of terrorist acts and UAV attacks. Participants will also consider the broader implications of temporary management for businesses, including potential risks for companies and their owners.
The event will be especially useful for representatives of industrial and logistics companies, companies with foreign participation, industrial production and security specialists, and lawyers advising such organizations.
