Robotization is increasingly being introduced in international hotel projects. In 2022, more than 260 million dollars were spent on developments in this direction. In Russia, the industry lags significantly behind its colleagues from international networks. Today we can count only a few dozen hotels in the country of digital hotels. What prevents the industry from becoming world leaders following the example of colleagues from fintech and can the arrival of large Russian technology companies help make a qualitative breakthrough?
