Dear Colleagues,

We invite you to join the volunteer campaign against hogweed on April 18, 2026.

For businesses, fighting hogweed is a serious matter. We are all witnessing firsthand the rapid spread of this poisonous weed.

In 2024, JTI Russia developed and launched a long-term program, "Hogweed Under Control: No Right to Grow," involving volunteers, environmentalists, and specialists. The International Branch of the All-Russian Society for Conservation of Nature (VOOP) became a key partner.

We invite your company's volunteers to participate in a one-day volunteer cleanup by digging up hogweed, organized by JTI Russia in partnership with the Leningrad Region All-Russian Society for the Protection of Nature.

The volunteer event will take place at the N.K. Roerich Estate Museum in Izvara, home of Nicholas Roerich, the world-renowned Russian artist, thinker, writer, and traveler.

This is an excellent opportunity for your company to make a tangible contribution to protecting the region, gain practical experience in hogweed control, strengthen team spirit, and demonstrate social responsibility.

By combining our expertise, resources, and efforts, we can achieve much more and work together to control this threat. Key details:

Date and time: April 18, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (departure from St. Petersburg at 10:00 AM, return at 6:00 PM).

Spots are limited to 10 people per company.

Register by April 10 using the link.

By pooling our resources, let's bring hogweed under control!

We look forward to your feedback!

Sincerely,
