Event Details

Life in a megapolis is a constant stream of events, an endless work rhythm, and new challenges every day. But what happens to our bodies when stress becomes a part of our daily routine? How can we learn to manage stress and anxiety? Can stress become our ally and a source of energy in achieving our goals?

The SPIBA Quality-of-Life Committee invites you to a master class "The Anatomy of Stress in Megapolis Life: Energy Boost or Hidden Danger? Should You Harness It or Escape It?" by Tatiana Kuzmina, an expert in systemic and integrative health.

In this master class, we will:

  • Discuss stress and its impact on our body and state of mind,
  • Explore stress as a powerful tool for adaptation,
  • Delve into biohacking techniques,
  • Learn how to quickly recognize chronic anxiety and accumulated stress,
  • Discuss practices for managing our states: mastering stress regulation, learning intentional relaxation skills, and considering how to turn stress into an opportunity.
