We'll explore what happens to the body under stress, how stress occurs, and why the state of overload directly impacts thinking speed and decision quality.
2) Resilience as a Factor in Business Results
We'll discuss modern research and analyze how the state of a leader affects productivity, team dynamics, and the ability of a business to keep results under pressure.
3) Practice: How to manage your resource
We'll master specific tools for dealing with stress and our energy potential (VQ), which can be applied immediately in the workflow.
After the workshop, you will:

— learn to monitor your state and notice overload early;
— get practical tools for energy recovery and management;
— you will be able to make decisions in a more stable and "clear" state;
